Terms of service
These terms govern your use of DemonProxy, operated at demonproxy.eu. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and No-Logs Policy. Last updated: June 2026.
Agreement to these terms
By using DemonProxy, you accept these terms
By accessing or using DemonProxy you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you are acting lawfully, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What DemonProxy provides
Anonymous Polish proxies
DemonProxy provides access to anonymous proxies on real Polish 4G/5G mobile and residential IP addresses, with SOCKS5 and HTTP(S) support, sticky sessions, and rotation. The service is transport: we move your traffic without inspecting or recording its contents.
What you may not do with the service
You are responsible for everything you do through DemonProxy. The following uses are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activity
You must not use the service for any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the destination’s. This includes, without limitation: unauthorized access to or intrusion of systems you do not own; distribution of malware; spam and unsolicited bulk messaging; fraud, phishing, or identity theft; infringement of intellectual property; harassment; distribution of unlawful content; and any attempt to attack, overload, or disrupt third-party systems or our network.
Your responsibility
Our no-logs posture is a privacy commitment, not a shield for abuse. You remain solely responsible for your conduct and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any site or service you reach through the proxy.
Account security
Keep your credentials safe
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly through in-app support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Plans and trials in general terms
DemonProxy is offered on a subscription basis, and may include a trial period. Plan details, included capacity, and any trial terms are presented when you sign up. Fees are payable in advance for the relevant period. You are responsible for the charges incurred under your chosen plan, subject to applicable law and any refund rights that apply.
Service availability and limits of liability
No absolute uptime guarantee
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Mobile and residential networks, maintenance, and factors outside our control can affect availability. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemonProxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension, termination, and updates
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk for us or other users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and how to reach us
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
